- Updated and beautiful sunny ground floor end unit. No stairs or elevator to deal with! Designed to say "Wow!" upon your arrival. Quiet and secluded spot with a weather proof vinyl screened porch for all season enjoyment. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our quaint outdoor patio bistro set or bench looking out at the tree lined 16th hole of the Byrd Course. After a great day of golf or beach bumming, head to the onsite restaurant and bar, Sunset Prime. If you choose to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to fix a wonderful meal. We provide many games to enjoy or relax with a show on our large smart TV. When you decide to call it a night, you will appreciate our 2 comfy new queen beds with quality linens. We provide many extra toiletries and nice soft towels for your shower.
The Champions section where you will be is the nearest rental community to the heart of Sea Trail.
It is walking distance to the Convention Center, 2 restaurants and the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse. You are near to the community pool with a kiddie pool section, as well as a BBQ entertaining area with chairs and picnic tables. There is plenty of parking in front of the unit including a handicapped spot. You are only a 5-7 minute drive to Sunset Beach and fishing Pier. You are also close to Ocean Isle Beach with more excellent courses, dining and shopping options. We do have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and more for you to use!
