This two-bedroom villa features two queen beds in bedroom 1 and two queen beds in bedroom 2, each with a spacious bathroom attached. This unit is accessible by stairs only; no elevator in the building.

Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Driver's License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
