"We booked Seascape Studio Beach Retreat for a quick weekend getaway leading into our 31st anniversary, and it was exactly what we needed.We didn’t want to travel abroad this year — just somewhere peaceful, with salt air, within a couple of hours from home. James’s place absolutely delivered.The studio has a wonderful ambiance — comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. It felt like a true retreat the moment we walked in. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet quiet enough to unwind and disconnect.James was an outstanding host. He was responsive, proactive with recommendations, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate, the studio itself made the weekend special. It was the perfect setting to slow down and celebrate.We highly recommend Seascape Studio Beach Retreat and can’t wait to stay with James again."

"Our stay at this condo was perfect. From the setting up of accommodations until our departure, everything was well thought thru. The condo spared no amenities. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. I felt extremely safe in the location. Neighbors were very nice. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean.
