We rented the villa with 4 bedrooms and pool.
I traveled with my husband and 2 kids
We had plenty of space. I felt very safe when walking around at night alone or with my kids.
Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive

Many dinning options near by.
The villa has no laundry room however they offer laundry service that it is very inexpensive, the only draw back is that it takes 24 hours
Laundromat is nearby: it is called Otteri, I realized too late
I also used laundry services nearby, also 24 hours: 3 kgs of clothes 150 baht.
Full kitchen and fridge. They gave us many bottles of water and welcome non alcoholic drinks.
I will definitely stay again when coming to Phuket.
