Our 2 bedroom penthouse apartments include a huge exclusive-use rooftop terrace and are fully self-contained with air conditioning, full kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, smart TV with 80 Foxtel channels and free, high-speed Wi-Fi. This apartment is 50 metres from Maroochydore beach and 2 blocks from the river and has great ocean views from the balcony as well as from the enormous roof deck. We have a heated swimming pool, BBQ area and each apartment has its own lockup garage. This apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift in the complex.
One hour north of Brisbane and the International Airport or just 10 minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast Airport and perfectly located for restaurants, beach, river and shopping.
