Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off all lights, fans& air-conditioning Take all rubbish to the bins near footpath
 Return house key to lockbox Leave garage door remote on kitchen bench Wash all dishes or start dishwasher
Return hammock and beach equipment to storage cupboard
Close the garage door on exit by pressing the manual blue button on the right hand side near the roller door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quite hours - 9:30pm to 7am (council regulations). Excessive noise, loud music may result in complaints from neighbours, police may attend.
Before departure - place all refuse in bins on footpath - turn off all lights, fan, air-conditioning unit and gas to bbq bottle
Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages or loss caused during their stay and agree to cover costs of repair or replacement.
