With multiple living areas and outdoor spaces, it’s ideal for families seeking both comfort and room to unwind. Cool off in the exclusive 15m lap pool, rinse off under the outdoor hot/cold shower after the beach, and enjoy dining in one of two outdoor dining areas—or stretch out on the deck. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dual lounge areas (upstairs and down) offers plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun.
Step out the back gate onto a large grassy park—perfect for kicking a footy or soccer ball. A walking path leads directly to the beach, mere moments away, with no roads to cross! Less than 100m in the other direction is a shaded children’s playground, and the flagged, patrolled beach is an easy stroll With cafés just 300m away, the Marcoola Surf Club (500m), and an IGA, bottle shop, butcher, and pharmacy just over 1km, everything you need is within walking distance. Flying in? Sunshine Coast Airport is only 6km away.
