The Space:
Enjoy a perfect Noosa escape in this lovely beachside apartment. Conveniently located on Belmore Terrace in a small, quiet complex, you will be within a 2 min walk to the patrolled, pristine Sunshine Beach and newly renovated surf club – perfect for sunsets drinks and meals! A few minutes stroll to Sunshine Beach village’s great cafes and restaurants for a morning coffee, breakfast or dinner or to pick up some supplies from the general store. The famous Hasting Street is a 5 min drive away or alternatively jump on the local bus which stops on Belmore Terrace and services both Noosa Junction and the Hasting Street and Noosa Beach area. The apartment itself flows over one level with undercover balcony and alfresco dining, making it perfect for a family holiday, or couples’ getaway. We provide all amenities you need including full kitchen and laundry facilities, Nespresso compatible machine, unlimited Wifi, A/C, fans, Weber BBQ and all linen and towels (including beach towels). We supply a starter pack of condiments to help you settle in and you’ll also find basic kitchen staples and luxurious Leif bathroom products. We provide a selection of board games, magazines, children’s books, and DVDs. There is a single, secure, under cover garaged car space with additional complimentary on street parking.

The Neighborhood:
The Noosa lifestyle has so much to offer so make sure you take full advantage of it. Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Afternoon Cruises to name but a few amazing activities
The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and only a 2 minute walk to patrolled Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and surf club. Noosa foreshore and Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away.
Noosa National Park and its beautiful coastline, private beaches and bays is only a 10-15 min walk away along the beach front. Noosa National Park is one of Australia's most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.
Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon's fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets.
There are a multitude of activities to choose from such as surfing lessons, stand up paddling, kite surfing, boat cruises, hot, group and beach yoga, walking trails. Noosa has excellent bikeways and is a very cyclist-friendly community. There are multiple surfboard, bike and scooter hire outlets in the area.
World class Noosa Springs Golf Club and Noosa Aquatic Centre are situated in the local vicinity.
There are a variety of mid-week and weekend markets to enjoy such as Eumundi and Noosa Farmers Markets.
There are also a multiple of day trips available including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, The Ginger Factory, Frazer Island, and the quaint hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi.
Getting Around:
Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk from the apartment. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located close by. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is first floor with the garage underneath so you do have to walk up a flight of stairs.
Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions:
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.
