Tucked away in the backstreets of Caloundra, this pet-friendly holiday home offers an unbeatable location just minutes from the area's stunning beaches and the vibrant cafes and shops. Designed for easygoing getaways, the home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Step outside to relax and reconnect in the inviting outdoor area, featuring a BBQ, pizza oven, firepit, and ping pong table, perfect for laid-back afternoons and evenings.
The Space:
As you arrive at this family home, you'll find two sets of stairs that wind through the trees, leading first to a top deck complete with a firepit and seating, perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars. Just beyond, the spacious undercover outdoor area offers an inviting space to unwind, featuring a dining table for eight, BBQ, pizza oven and a ping pong table for added fun.
Step inside to a welcoming open-plan living area, it includes a dining table for six, a double sofa bed that functions as both seating and a bed, two occasional chairs, and a smart TV (streaming apps only). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The home features an air-conditioning unit in the kitchen area that effectively cools the entire space during the warmer months. It’s also pet-friendly, with a fenced outdoor area at the front of the home when the front gate is closed.
Bedroom One:
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard, plus glass sliding doors that open out to a back balcony.
Bathroom One:
Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom Two:
Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, this room has a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Bedroom Three:
Furnished with two comfortable single beds, this room has a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 1st level of the home, there is space to park 1-2 cars in the carport. There is also plenty of free street parking available. The front outdoor area of the home is fenced and safe for pets when the front gate is closed. Please note the underneath of the home is under construction and not accessible.
The Neighborhood:
The home is perfectly situated for exploring the Sunshine Coast, just a short drive from some of Caloundra’s best beaches, including Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, and Moffat Beach. At Kings Beach, you’ll find a patrolled beach, surf club, beachside pool, parks, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to discover. The main street of Caloundra is only a 3-minute drive away, offering a variety of boutiques, cafes, and dining options to enjoy.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 400m walk to Mary Street where bus services are available and operate to Caloundra, Maroochydore, Currimundi and Kawana.
Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for 2 dogs max - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*Please note the home does not having a washing machine or dryer, there is a nearby laundromat on Bowman Road (4min drive/1.5km away).
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
