Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This accommodation booking was cancelled on us just days prior to our stay. We had already arrived in QLD. Was not happy at all. And we are still waiting for our payment to be returned. We struggled to find alternative accommodation so late and at the busiest time of the year in Queensland. And to be out of pocket and still pay for new accomodation, while we wait for our refund, was hard to afford. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. I do not recommend this house and I am not sure I want to use Stayz again.
