This freshly renovated and beautifully appointed townhouse with all the mod cons is a short stroll from Noosa River and in walking distance to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. The small resort complex offers a pool, tennis court and BBQ facilities. You are close to all the action but it is also the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday.
The Space:
This delightful townhouse has just been beautifully renovated with plantation shutters and wooden floorboards to feel light and airy. The modern kitchen features a centre island bench and a dining table for entertaining. Downstairs is open plan living with sliding doors opening onto the patio.
Upstairs, the spacious light filled master bedroom has a lovely view to the tree lined park opposite, and includes a second TV. The second bedroom is also spacious and bright.
The bathroom/laundry is fully equipped for your family including a washer and dryer.
Stay cool anywhere with Air conditioning as well as ceiling fans provided in the living space and both bedrooms.
There is a choice of 3 pools, a tennis court and BBQ areas for you to enjoy.

The entire townhouse and one car space is for your private use. The pool areas, tennis court and BBQ in the resort are shared with other guests.
The Neighborhood:
There are plenty of cafe and restaurant options in Noosaville, especially along the Noosa River. The river is a great spot for kids to play in the sand, swim or play. There is also a great, large playground, the "Pirate Park", along the foreshore about 30 minutes walk away. Hire a stand up paddle, kayak or boat to further explore the river and canals, or hop on the 'Noosa Ferry' for a cruise or to get into town in style. A short walk to local shops - Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Chemist, Post Office etc at Noosa Village Shopping Centre.
Getting Around:
You can walk to the river (less than 5 minutes). You can get a bus to Hastings Street (100 meters to bus stop) or Noosa Main Beach or drive the 5 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.
Some traffic noise, mostly at day time, should be expected as the property is located on Noosa Parade. Whilst some cars pass it is quiet at night.
