Architecturally designed five-bedroom home offering luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests. With a private jetty and deep-water access not only is this home close to the beach you can bring along your watercraft of choice to enjoy fishing, boating, or jet skiing from your own private mooring. The beautiful timber floors, high ceilings & windows provide the living spaces, and kitchen with a light-filled grandeur overlooking the swimming pool and canal. The outdoor patio with its comfortable lounge overlooks the water and the small backyard with the sun deck by the water. The pool is in the middle of the house and is the central focus of the house with the bedrooms and living spaces on either side. The private master bedroom and ensuite are off the kitchen area overlooking the water and at the opposite end of the home to the other bedrooms. There is a second cosy TV room in the middle of the home offering a wonderful place to hide away and watch a movie.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at Hampton Beach House. So close to everything - cinemas, shops, hotel and of course the beach! We love Buddina area.
We had peace of mind that we could bring our small pet too. A home away from home!
We had a wonderful family holiday. The location was perfect and the house very comfortable. Well appointed with all the things we needed. A great long table for everyone to have meals and also great for playing card games. Two plus entertainment areas and lounge plus table to sit outside to enjoy the sunrise /sunset. Located close to shops and access to hwy to go day tripping. Really loved it.
We loved the layout of the house and had a wonderful week. 1/ couldn’t find a laundry basket 2/ noticed a few bugs inside maybe due for a pest treatment. But overall very happy with the place.

The house is beautiful and the location is great.The management company Prestige Holiday Homes were terrible to deal with and impacted our holiday. They have a call centre in New Zealand with no local knowledge or knowledge of the properties. Every question becomes an issue you have to follow up because the only job the call centre people seem to have is answer the phone and take notes. I asked to speak with higher management twice and am still waiting for the call. I gave up during our holiday and sent feedback to which I received a response 8-10 days later. Basically at the expense of our holiday, they will review their call centre protocols and management. I would not book anything again that is linked to Prestige Holiday Homes.

Family Holiday
The property in itself is very nice. The issue we had was that the listing clearly stated that it had three and a half bathrooms (i.e. three full bathrooms and a powder room) and this was one of our principal search criteria as we had three couples plus children. We asked the property managers to amend their listing which we note has now been done. We were also unhappy with the response when contacting the managers as their comment was "The property is certainly set for the amount of guests in your party So the bathrooms should suffice". We found this incredibly rude and ended up renting an additional apartment at our cost to cater for one of the families. Apart from our issue with the number of bathrooms, the house is well set up and is very nice so if you only require two bathrooms then we would definitely recommend it. Our concern is how many other listings with bookabach are incorrect.
