    This stunning newly renovated waterfront home is luxurious, spacious, modern elegant. Seamless transition of indoor and outdoor spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and living spaces which completely open up to balconies, decks and the swimming pool. The home enjoys privacy and 180 degree water views. This stylish place to stay is perfect for a large family to entertain together and relax.



    The Space:

    With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this home is perfect for a large family, two families or up to 3 couples.



    Upon arrival the beautiful hallway opens up to the large living area that spills out onto the patio and pool. The stunning kitchen with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the pool and waterway has a generous marble island is definitely the heart of the home, and the kitchen is equipped with high end, integrated appliances for your convenience, including Vintec wine fridges and a Nespresso coffee machine. The 6-seater indoor dining table, or 8-seater outdoor dining table provides ample space for the whole family to gather around. Open up the patio doors and turn on the fans to enjoy the cool breezes off the water. The pool table & large Smart Tv’s will keep the kids and adults entertained. Relax by the pool on the outdoor lounge or sun loungers, or enjoy a swim whilst overlooking the jetty and waterway.



    Downstairs are two luxurious Queen bedrooms and one bathroom and a separate laundry room. The first floor comprises a huge open TV lounge area, a beautiful Queen bedroom, a modern bathroom. Dominating the amazing canal views from a private balcony, the master suite including a luxurious Super King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in closet. The upstairs balcony has relaxing outdoor furniture overlooking the water and tropical palm trees. There is also a large study off the master bedroom with water views - a beautiful spot for study/work.



    Ducted Air Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the property to keep you cool.



    There is a secure lockable garage for parking.



    Please note that the jet skis are not accessible for guests. The boat is no longer moored here, so there is room for your own small to medium watercraft.



    Guest Access:

    The entire home, garage, gardens and pool are for our guests's exclusive use.

    You may also moor a boat on the private jetty.

    The pool and canal comply to strict QLD standards and are fully fenced off from the gardens/house so the property is child friendly.



    The Neighborhood:

    This location has it all - suitable sophisticated restaurant and cafes for a grown up weekend away or plenty of entertainment for children. Options are plentiful in Noosaville, especially along the Noosa River. The river is a great spot for kids to play in the sand, swim or play. There is a also a great, large playground, the "Pirate Park", along the foreshore only 10 minutes walk away. Hire a stand up paddle, kayak or boat to further explore the river and canals, or hop on the 'Noosa Ferry' for a cruise or to get into town in style.



    Getting Around:

    8 minute walk to the river or the most relaxing way to get around would be by boat. You can also get a bus to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, or drive, it is only 8 minutes by car.



    Other Things to Note:

    Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



    A gardener and pool keeper will be accessing the property every two weeks through the side gate.
