I was disappointed that the ocean front room we had requested and paid for, was only a glimpse between Mantra and Oceans. What do we have to ask for in order to have an ocean front room on the front of the building? However, I was really happy with the 80th birthday greetings and bottle of wine provided for our stay. We just spent 2 nights for our honeymoon overall stay was good just a few things like the table on the balcony was dirty the spa bath had fluff/dust in it I couldn’t get the shampoo or conditioner to work but the worst part was the bedding I’m sorry to say but for the price that I paid I was expecting something better especially when it was to rock hard single beds put together

We had a great stay, staff were friendly and room was clean. The only complaint I have is the bed was well below standard for the cost.

The location is perfect and close to restaurants and bars and beach, and that was what we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was bit tired and you had to pay extra $55 to get it cleaned. I was bit shocked that there was no duvet on the bed only a top sheet and a topper. I did ask the reception for a duvet and did get one on the second day thro. Is this the most flashest place to stay in Mooloolaba? Probably not. Will I stay there again? Hmmm I don’t know. But I do like the location and the staff :)

Loved it at the Mantra and Mooloolaba. Being on the esplanade was so convenient to stores and restaurants, and only a short walk to the main beach. We had a beautiful ocean view. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Overall our stay was enjoyable, however, upon arrival we were given a room that wasn’t really an ocean view which is what we had paid for. Granted the staff did move us to another room when we said something, however, it wasn’t the best start to our holiday. The furnishings were outdated considering we had paid extra for a renovated room. The couch smelt so badly you wouldn’t even want to sit on it as the smell transferred to our clothes. The air con worked really poorly so our last night wasn’t great for sleeping. The staff were helpful, however, when we checked out they did not ask us how our stay was or engage much. The pool was nice, although it would have been better if the umbrellas that have to be put up by staff were up as there isn’t much shaded area.

we loved it! great location, kind staffs. but just one thing, for all who have dust allergies, avoid here, furniture are old, carpet smells, I couldn't stop sneezing and runny nose all the time during our stay. otherwise everything else were good, other family members were enjoyed.

Great location. Friendly staff. Free secure parking is a plus. Bath and shower were a little dated and needed regrouting. Could have provided better coffee and liquid detergent for the washer. Otherwise, perfect for what my some and I were looking for for a home base for 5 days.
