Enjoy the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, opening out to a private balcony where you can soak up the sea breeze or unwind with a drink at sunset. The private courtyard and outdoor shower are perfect for rinsing off after a swim, while the shared pool offers another refreshing place to relax and cool down.

Take a short stroll to local cafés, specialty shops, and the lively Friday night food market, or enjoy a quick drive to nearby supermarkets and conveniences.

Whether you’re here for a seaside escape, family holiday or laid-back coastal adventure, Marcoola Sands is the ideal base to experience the best of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
