Open and bright with a great outdoor dining areas beside the private swimming pool heated to 30 degrees. This home enjoys multiple options for guests to spread out and relax.
Features contemporary, light filled open plan living with high ceilings and two sets of glass sliding doors opening to the courtyard dining area and separate pool deck, perfect for pre dinner drinks.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove top, french door fridge and capsule coffee machine. There is also a European style laundry, powder room and double garage for guest use.
Upstairs you will find the impressive master bedroom complete with King Bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with double vanity.
A further two bright and airy Queen Bedrooms occupy this level and are serviced by a bright and modern two-way bathroom.
Your stay here is further enhanced with ducted air-conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV's, and double lock-up garage.
Just a few minutes walk from the popular Noosa River cafe and shopping strip with fabulous parks and public facilities.

There are plenty of cafe and restaurant options in Noosaville, especially along the Noosa River. The river is a great spot for kids to play in the sand, swim or play. There is also a great, large playground, the "Pirate Park", along the foreshore about 5 minutes walk away. Hire a stand up paddle, kayak or boat to further explore the river and canals, or hop on the 'Noosa Ferry' for a cruise or to get into town in style. A short walk to local shops - Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, Chemist, Post Office etc at Noosa Village Shopping Centre.
