Private entrance to this air conditioned self contained private studio with comfortable double bed, en suite, with kitchenette and wifi. Roadside parking, views of Mt Coolum and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Coolum & Yaroomba. Close to cafes, restaurants, airport, buses, national parks and coastal walks. Ideally located between Maroochydore and Noosa or take a drive into the scenic hinterland.

Doors to be locked when not in the room and keys returned to the lock box when you leave. Ensure front wooden door is hooked shut or closed.
Please no eating on the beds. * Air-conditioner must be turned off when not in the room and if you are cooking. Also set at 24 degrees please.
Please squeegee down the shower glass after each shower. Helps to keep it clean without having to use a lot of harsh chemicals.
