Two sets of glass sliding doors seamlessly connect the indoor space to the outdoor courtyard dining area and separate pool deck with lounge, perfect for enjoying pre-dinner drinks or relaxed lunches and dinners.



    The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large new GLEM gas stovetop, French door fridge, and a capsule coffee machine, in addition to all the kitchen tools you are used to at home.

    A European-style laundry, powder room, and double lock up garage are also located on the first level for your convenience.
