The Space:

Perched in a peaceful position on Noosa Hill, this light-filled apartment welcomes you with a relaxed coastal atmosphere and breezy open-plan living. Large windows allow natural light and cooling sea breezes to flow throughout the living and dining spaces, creating the ideal setting to unwind after a day exploring Noosa. The air-conditioned lounge offers a comfortable space to relax, while the adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen make holiday living effortless.



Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or enjoying a relaxed evening drink at home, the kitchen includes everything needed for an easy stay. Styled with a simple coastal aesthetic, the apartment balances comfort and practicality with a relaxed holiday feel throughout.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a plush queen-sized bed, leafy outlooks, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere perfect for restful holiday mornings.



Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.



Bathroom 1: The main bathroom features a full-sized bath, shower, vanity, toilet, and integrated laundry facilities for added convenience during longer stays.



Bathroom 2: A second bathroom provides extra flexibility and comfort for guests.



Outside, guests can enjoy access to the complex’s shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a beach day or afternoon exploring the National Park. Relax poolside with a book, soak up the Sunshine Coast sunshine, and enjoy the laid-back Noosa lifestyle.



PLEASE NOTE: For early September 2026 - The swimming pool area will be undergoing renovation works and will not be available for guest use for a couple of days. The booking rate has been discounted for this period whilst works are underway.



Additional features include secure undercover parking for one vehicle, air conditioning in the living area, and easy access to everything Noosa has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including one secure undercover parking space within the complex. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments in the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally located between iconic Hastings Street and buzzing Noosa Junction, the apartment puts you within easy walking distance of both upscale boutiques and casual local gems. You're just a five-minute stroll to Noosa Main Beach, excellent dining, bars, and cafes. Plus, the National Park is nearby for scenic walks and wildlife spotting. Everything Noosa offers is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

It's a short 11 minute stroll (or 3 minute drive) to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach while its a 9 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Noosa Junction.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept schoolies bookings or similar groups.



*Guests are required to comply with local council regulations and the property house rules during their stay.



*Please note that to stay with us, guests will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this form has been completed.
