Enjoy Caloundra at its best staying in this very nicely appointed apartment located in the heart of Caloundra and only a stone's throw away from Happy Valley, Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach and the town centre.

Enjoy panoramic views over Kings Beach, the Pumicestone Passage and the Glass House Mountains all from your spacious balcony and living area.

This is a spacious apartment offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with both modern and homely furnishings, as well as a 50 inch Smart HD TV, Blu ray DVD player and Free Wi-Fi.

Other features include high quality oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & dryer and two x balconies. This complex also has an inground pool, lift and undercover security parking suitable for 4WD'S.

Whether you are seeking a short stay or a long-stay getaway this lovely apartment has all the amenities you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
