  • This fantastic beach house with its iconic red front door sits just footsteps away from the beautiful white sand of Marcoola beach and nearby shops, cafes and markets. All the creature comforts of home are provided for guests to make the most of their beachside vacation. Pet and family friendly within easy walking distance of the coastal bike/scooter path and local play park, this home is the ideal base to create lasting holiday memories with friends or loved ones.

    Stylishly renovated to complement its beachside location, the upper level of this home boasts a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and walk in pantry. Guests can kick back and relax in front of the TV in the spacious living area which opens out to the covered deck the perfect spot to enjoy the sounds of the ocean, a good holiday novel or a BBQ with the family.

    There are two bedrooms on this level as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, a second bathroom and separate laundry hutch. A games cupboard provides evening entertainment or a distraction for rainy days, while an array of sporting equipment is available for visitors to make use of in the downstairs storage cupboard.
    The fully fenced yard offers a great place to kick around a ball, play some backyard cricket or to let your furry friend run around.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Lived up to its description. Was suitable for a large family and close to shops and beach. Well equipped kitchen. We practically lived on the large front verandah and ate most of our meals there. Would come back again any time.

4 mature couples. Loved the house but the add implied footsteps from beach. Also a bit of drive to collect keys & was told 10 am early checkin but cleaners were there until 12. Broken bedroom blind that we were able to fix otherwise it wasn’t going to be done. Loung was a little older & losing its shape. Loved the front deck size & really loved the beach decor.. Overall nice house.

Great for the animals. Having to drive to Coolum and back to get and return keys could be improved. Would be nice if the lawns had been mowed. House was great. Balcony awesome.

Absolutely Amazing

I have stayed in a few holiday houses but this one was absolutely amazing. The property itself had absolutely everything provided. For example: BBQ, plates, cups wine glasses, 5 cutting boards, 4 sizes of zip lock bags, dishwasher with soap provided...... the list could go on and on. The balcony made this property, not only was there sun on it the entire day, but also as I have a toddler, having an enclosed safe area to play in was amazing. Thank-you so much for the amazingness of this property.

Fantastic beach house

This house was great value for money, clean comfortable, and with a lot of little extras you don't expect to find in a holiday house. It is in a nice quiet location, a short stroll to the dog friendly beach and cafes. We would book again.
