  • The living area is light and spacious and flows to outside living areas allowing for beautiful breezes, with a sensational private courtyard to the rear, perfect for entertaining.

    The kitchen is modern and functional with plenty of storage, powder room and laundry conveniently located. Air conditioned downstairs.

    Upstairs the spacious master bedroom and second bedroom with ceiling fans .

    The third bedroom is also upstairs and has 1 double and 1 single bed and a ceiling fan. The bathroom with shower is centrally positioned, all to share. Air conditioned upstairs.
