Summary:
So close to the beach. Family friendly, 3 bedroom apartment offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views over Kings Beach, the shipping lanes and beyond.
The Space:
Unit 6 is situated on the 3rd floor and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in a Queen and 4 x singles beds and has fully ducted air-conditioning to keep you cool in the Summer and warm in the winter. Subiaco is located across the road from the sand at Kings Beach, parklands and childrens playgrounds. There is also a large choice of quality restaurants & cafes very close by.
This complex is also close to the beautiful coastal walkways which stretch around to Happy Valley & Bulcock Beach, or in the opposite direction, around the Headland, Shelly & Moffat Beach.
This unit is comfortably furnished making it suitable for a short or a long stay, and offers free Wi-Fi, self-contained kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 1 bathroom, TV, DVD, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.
There is also a single lock up garage. Being situated on the northern side of the building it enjoys the warm winter sunshine through the windows making it a well lit & sunny apartment.
There is also a swimming pool in the complex.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Would highly recommend this property! Location & views were gorgeous & everything was walking distance. So impresses & would definitely stay here again. Just be aware that there is no lift & living area may be a bit small for more than 4 adults.

Unit was ok, views are awsome, main bedroom bed shocking with load cracking noices, swimming pool filthy with palm leaves and dirt, pool bottom full of leafs and crap, copping around swimming pool breaking away and a WHS ISSUE, very disapointed that we couldnt swim and in a whole week of staying there the pool wasnt cleaned or topped up with water,
We enjoyed the property and it was a great location with a lovely view. The washing machine had an internal leak which ended up flowing into the room next door, which wasn't ideal. Apart from that it was lovely.
Enjoyed the stay. Apartment is a great size for a family of five - 3BR. A short walk to Kings Beach. Undercover and lockable parking was appreciated. Pool, a bonus. Neighbours were friendly. Brought our own bedding + sleeping bags - no problem. Bathroom and laundry cleanliness issues. Overall though, we liked our stay. All the best.
Great location close to Kings Beach & cafes, restaurants & bars. Great view of the water. Very comfortable. If you have a larger car be prepared to park on the street. Garage in an awkward spot & will not fit a stock standard 4WD due height of garage door.
