Directly across from the patrolled beach and surf club, with cafés, restaurants and a seaside park just a short walk away. This ground-floor apartment sleeps four with one king and one queen bedroom and features a fully enclosed private courtyard, making it ideal for pets. Settle in for swimming, beach walks, great food and long, sunrises and lazy days by the sea.
This ground-floor apartment is the ideal base for a relaxed and carefree beach holiday. With no stairs and direct access from street and garage, it’s perfectly suited to families, couples and guests of all ages who want an easy, comfortable stay in a prime location.
The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms, with one king and one queen bed. The master bedroom opens directly onto a private, fully enclosed courtyard and includes an ensuite, a walk-through robe, a dedicated workspace, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The second bedroom is positioned across from the main bathroom with a separate toilet, and an internal laundry makes longer stays simple and convenient.
The open-plan living and dining area is light-filled and welcoming, capturing beautiful morning sunshine through large windows and a corner floor-to-ceiling window with a leafy outlook. The living room features air conditioning, a Smart TV where guests can log in to their own streaming services, and ceiling fans throughout for added comfort.
Step outside to the covered veranda—an inviting spot to sit back, enjoy the fresh sea breeze, chat with family or friends, or sip a coffee or favourite drink. A BBQ is provided for relaxed meals at home. Beyond the veranda is the fully enclosed courtyard, perfect for alfresco dining and ideal for pet-friendly stays. The complex pool is accessed directly through your private gate in the courtyard, making it easy to move from your own outdoor space straight to the pool.
Parking is effortless with a single remote-control garage and plenty of visitor parking within the complex. Located on a bus route with a stop just meters away, there’s no need to hire a car—guests can catch the 622 bus directly from the airport to the unit. The patrolled beach and surf club is literally 55 steps across the road. Cafés, restaurants and a seaside playground all within 2 minutes walking distance, this well-connected retreat is designed for easy, memorable beach holidays.
Guests will have private use of the whole apartment including the fully fenced grassed area at the front of the apartment. This includes an outdoor lounge suite, Weber BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs.
We are also so lucky that Marcoola Beach is a popular nesting and hatching site for sea turtles. Depending on the time of year, you might even witness a miracle as the beach is a vital nesting ground for sea turtles!
