We encourage our guests to contact us if something's not right at the property, especially if it is not cleaned to your satisfaction upon arrival but we are glad to see that you did. Hi Rhonda Glad you enjoyed the house - it is very frustrating booking through these sites as they will not allow us to exchange phone numbers till after the house is booked. Only then are we given numbers. I apologise if the portal message exchange came across as abrupt and rude it was not intentional. I sent several text messages to you and your partner on the check in day to arrange a meeting time to fit in with your lunch at the local surf club. Hi Sandra Thank you for your review; I glad that you had a lovely holiday. Saltwater is a comfortable large home and we try very hard not to over sell it and it is priced accordingly. The luxury holiday house next door that doesn't sleep nearly as many guests is much more expensive but enjoys the same great views. It is always an option if you are willing to pay a lot extra. The pool is clean and serviced prior to every guest so I can assure you that it is well maintained. The outdoor furniture is hand made by a local Noosa furniture maker and it works well in this harsh environment where everything rusts so quickly. Thank you for your feedback.
