During the day, whether you're exploring the nearby beach or discovering all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer, you'll find comfort on the back deck, surrounded by wildlife in a secluded yet suburban setting. As night falls, enjoy the clear, starry skies and keep an eye out for a sugar glider or two.

This unique property combines the charm of Spanish Revival architecture with the elegance of an English villa, creating an eco-retreat that the whole family will love. The sun-filled saltwater pool area is an added bonus, offering a perfect spot to unwind and share moments of joy with your fellow guests. You’ll leave Yaroomba feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the world again.

PROPERTY DETAILS

This 3 bedroom home has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed (w/ Ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds

We have driveway parking for two cars and extra road side parking as needed. The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code will be sent to you prior to your visit.

AIR-CONDITIONING
The master bedroom and living areas of the house are all air conditioned, including the dining area, lounge and kitchen.

The house is clean, cosy and very tastefully decorated throughout.

The kitchen has a gas cook top, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.

We have a BBQ that you can use throughout your stay. We have a spare gas bottle with the BBQ, so you will never run out of gas.

There are multiple living areas, the indoor lounge room has a Smart TV for you to access all your favourite apps, we also have undercover outdoor seating where you can feel close to nature amongst the trees, and of course the pool, complete with BBQ and sun loungers.

There is a large grass covered backyard, perfect for outdoor family time. Turn right straight out of the back gate for a leafy 8 minute walk to stunning Yaroomba beach, or turn left to walk directly into eleven acres of protected rainforest with abundant bird life. You’ll have the best of both worlds.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
