Imagine yourself relaxing on a huge, sun soaked balcony, overlooking the beautiful Currimundi Lake and the ocean beyond, whilst listening to the birds sing in the trees and parklands below.

This can be a reality at The Entrance, Currimundi. This lake front position is highly sought after. With the lake, surf beach, playground and walking tracks at your doorstep, what else could you need? The local beach store is only a short walk away and sells take away meals, basic grocery items and even rents out kayaks & paddleboards.

Unit 14 is situated on the 7th floor with lift access. It is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and will comfortably sleep your family of 6 in a king, a queen and 2 singles. The double sliding doors in the lounge room open up onto a huge, north facing balcony, which boasts sweeping views of the Currimundi lake, ocean beach and shipping lanes beyond. The main bedrooms also has a smaller balcony looking out towards the ocean.

The unit features modern furnishings and fittings, ceiling fans throughout, HD TV in the lounge and main bedroom and Free Wi-Fi. There is a sunny, inground pool and a single carport in a secure underground car park.

Caloundra's CBD and Currimundi Market place are only a short drive away, however you will feel as if you are a world away at The Entrance.

Further note that Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Apartment was on the 7th floor with an amazing view. The layout of the apartment is great with a good size kitchen, opening to a large lounge with a huge balcony. The view is amazing! We rented in winter, so no AC was not a problem for us. Showers are small, but had great water pressure. We loved the short walk to fantastic beach and 2 great beach cafés.The apartment is however, very worn around the edges and not well maintained. A small would go a long way to upgrade the space: Apartment needs new paint, bedding, pillows, chaise lounge cushions, placemats, etc. New carpet and flooring throughout would also give the space a much needed upgrade. Master bedroom had an en suite bathroom, but no door so absolutely no privacy. It would be very easy to add a door.Although we loved the location, we would only stay again if the space were updated.
