The apartment's fabulous location is only a short stroll to Peregian Village as well as the patrolled beach and public transport for easy transport on the local bus from Peregian Beach Village to Noosa, Coolum Beach and Sunshine Coast airport. There is a single secure lock up garage for your car also.
The apartment has simple beach stylings for a comfortable stay and has a very homely feel. Upon entry you are welcomed into the combined living and dining area with the kitchen alongside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs and has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and even a breakfast bar facing the ocean views. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo.
Off the living area, step out onto the balcony to enjoy the breezes and ocean views. Enjoy a meal and your morning coffees out here at the outdoor setting.
You can also step out to this balcony first thing in the morning from the main bedroom from where you can also see the ocean from your comfortable queen bed.
The second bedroom has two king single beds built in wardrobe and a study nook.
The bathroom is combined with the laundry and is quite spacious. The shower is large and there is ample bench space plus a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Downstairs is a communal back yard with a clothes line at the back of the property. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming home from the beach.
Unfortunately this property is not suited for young children and infants.
