We stayed in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain view cabin in Hope Sunshine Valley. The owner has made some great recent improvements, including the updated bedrooms, bathrooms, and a large entrance deck. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, our arrival was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The kitchen counters, stovetop, refrigerator, and bathtubs were unwashed, and the bed linens were not fresh. Thankfully, there is an on-site washer and dryer, but we had to spend our first few hours cleaning and doing laundry before we could relax. Additionally, the yard was under construction and the large fire pit from the photos was missing. On the positive side, communication with the owner was fantastic. When notified, he explained he had a new cleaning service, promised to address it, and immediately refunded our cleaning fee. Because of his excellent response and professionalism, I would consider returning once the updates are complete and the cleaning service is dialed in.

What an amazing place! Check in was a breeze. The place is huge. I surprised my wife with a little getaway for the night and what a spot! Knew immediately that this place would be great with a few friends. Lotsa room and very warm and cozy. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the spot in the wintertime hopefully for a few days with close friends.

Beautiful clean place with unmatched mountain views( you will see clouds forming up). Lots of living area space for movie nights, outdoor patio/deck space and little spot for bonfire. The host was so attentive, responded within minutes. Will definitely be back.
