"At first, they did not find my reservation. And even though I made a reservation including breakfast, they denied to serve it at first. In the room, no shampoo, no tea, no trash can, no hanger. Even I had to request a towel. Even though I asked to bring a breakfast at 8:00, they did not bring it until I reminded. A breakfast without a bread. "

"★★★★★ A staycation turned into a core memory, all thanks to Mr. Sunny and an unforgettable team My wife, our 2-year-old, and I stayed at Noormahal Palace Karnal for her birthday, and this was hands-down one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve ever had. The palace is stunning, immaculately clean, and perfect for a family seeking luxury and comfort. The heart of our stay, without a doubt, was Mr. Sunny. His generosity, his endless helpfulness, and the way he genuinely cares are beyond words — he made my wife feel like a queen and had our little one smiling the entire time. Sunny alone makes this place extraordinary. But the magic was everywhere. Special gratitude to Mr. Ankit for his seamless warmth, and the kind turban gentleman at Frontier Mail — his service was pure grace. Mr. Kishan and Mr. Balwant from Housekeeping decorated our room so beautifully it moved us to tears. The lady at Reception with spectacles welcomed us like family, and the Chef delighted us with incredible food and an amazing birthday cake. Every single person we encountered left a mark on our hearts. If you’re considering a family celebration, book without hesitation.
