I called at 9 am the morning of my check in asking if I can please have an early check in at about noon the guy who answered the phone was Matt or Matthew , was too Lazy to have housekeeping check my room or assign me a room to Check into . Lift Bridge Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Staff was fantastic. I called and asked if i would be able to do early check in. They had ine room available that fit my reservation. They were able to get me in! Very feiendly and accommodating. The Nespresso was an extra treat. I was in 308. Thanks for a great stay Blaine Daniels
