Really friendly staff. Hotel had everything we needed and wanted. I also really like the idea of soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom rather than using bottles which really cuts down on wastage. I wish more hotels would employ this. Great experience overall.

A perfect stay during our roadtrip! The front desk employee was very helpful and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. Definitely will stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The room was very clean and the amenities were very good. The staff member at the desk tried very hard to get a room with a view. We were pleased with the view of the bay. The only concern we had was the bed was a little hard but each person likes their own softness when it comes to bed mattress. All in all I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

The hotel was clean and has everything you need for a short stay. When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. We had to wait a long time (people were ahead of us and had also waited a long time), in fact, I had to knock on the laundry room and office doors as I could hear someone in the locked rooms. A few minutes after knocking, somebody finally came out to help us. This happened the last time we stayed there as well. Perhaps the front desk person could have a walkie talkie and guests could call them, if they are forced to be away from the desk? The sign said they were helping a guest, but they were not. They were in a back room.

Great place just wish our neighbors would have been quiet kids running in the halls knocking on doors had nothing to so with the business itself just other people not watching their kids 🙄

All of the staff we encountered were awesome but in particular the breakfast staff were extremely helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our first stay here but definitely not our last, we will be back. I recommend this hotel. We also noticed there were hockey teams staying there who were welcomed with banners above their doors, what a wonderful way to celebrate kids and their teams!

this is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, the furnishings were clean and modern but yet simple. The food in the morning was decent and the location was easy to access Duluth. and the staff was great, service was perfect
