"Faulty AC in room that was “fixed” 3 times and gave up in the end. Lots of broken sleep as it was so loud. I wish I’d asked to be moved now :( Apart from that a nice hotel, comfy bed/pillows, decent shower etc."

"It was decently maintained, no robes, room service took a call but was done promptly when asked. Check out time is okay, casino well maintained and easy to access, buffet was delicious and patrons were all happy and kind. Many ways to access other casinos in the area and overall was lovely with all of the amenities and easy going nature of the property."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although an older property, the rooms were extremely clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was fantastic! Employees were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel restaurant had a delicious breakfast, which we ate every single morning. The hotel is also in a fantastic location close to Larimer Square, the arts building, and all that downtown Denver has to offer. I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Teatro!"

"This was a great hotel in a prime location to all things downtown as well as the restaurant scene in LoDo, and had a grocery right across the street. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating whenever I had anything come up and were helpful at checkout. The attached restaurant was also good and the drinks were tasty."

"Our home internet went down Friday afternoon just before Labor Day weekend. Custumer Service said they could not get a Tech out to fix it until Tuesday due to the holiday. It has already been a stressful week and rather than spend a three-day weekend home with no internet I decided to book a room at a nearby hotel. The Boulderado had last minute availability so we threw some stuff in a bag and drove over. We had never stayed here before but were immediately impressed by how charming yet grand it is. Our room in the new wing was very nice and clean with a large bathroom and sliding door with a Juliette balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard with a fountain. There are lots of really great restaurants nearby but honestly the food and service at both the bar and Spruce restaurant in the hotel was the best! We had brunch and dinner at the Spruce. All of the front desk staff, servers, valets, and maids were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. They even invited us back for Christmas! Several friends have said they go all out with really beautiful decorations and traditions. We can't wait to go back again!"

"OK, this property is PERFECT for the traveler who needs a solid budget experience because you are in the area for something OTHER than staying at the hotel (got good rest and felt property & parking area was safe). Yes there's a pool & hot tub, but neither is 'spa quality' and deck seating accommodates less than 16 people, the pool towels were one size up from a hand towel. There is grab & take food at breakfast time but I didn't need this amenity because there are great places to eat within 2-5 miles from the hotel (coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby). Bedding & bathroom were both clean & comfortable... room noise comes from the elevator even if you are not near the elevator lol. What the hotel is working on/needs is property maintenance of the elevator, better signage for stair access & ADA, reliable WiFi pairing, and general upgrade of room decor, tiling, and paint. Great FREE parking, great location to get around Commerce City by city streets or get on the interstate, and the staff are SO helpful, courteous, and problem solvers."
