Cozy 2BR condo at Holden Beach, perfect for a family getaway!
Welcome to The Skipper – 9B, an upper-level condo with beautiful marsh, ocean, and Intracoastal Waterway views. This well-equipped and maintained unit offers WiFi access and basic cable. Bedroom one has a queen bed with a TV, and bedroom two has two single beds. Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms, and chairs on the balcony make it a perfect spot to relax and take in the views.

Captain's Villas community amenities: swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grills, and private beach access (short walk to access located between 1067 & 1069 OBW).
Included with Weekly Rentals
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) and towels provided for weekly rentals
Rules & Restrictions
RVs, boats, trailers, golf carts, electric motor vehicles, and similar items are not allowed in the Captain's Villas parking lot.
Renters may not invite guests to use Captain's Villas amenities; these are reserved for renters staying at Captain's Villas only.
