In the rear of the house, you will find two bedrooms with private bathrooms, smart TVs, and walk-in closets. There is also an uncovered deck overlooking the pool and perfect for viewing the sunset or stargazing!

You will feel pampered in the lower-level master suite which has a king-size bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with two vanities, a soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads. On this level, there are two more spacious bedrooms both with private bathrooms and smart TVs. In the backyard, you will find a brand-new pool deck and a 6-foot privacy fence which were installed in 2023. You can relax on the lounge chairs, swim in the pool, or grill your favorite meals on the propane grill. The backyard also has an enclosed outdoor shower which makes cleaning off after a day at the beach a breeze. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week.
