An inverted floor plan maximizes the sweeping ocean, marsh, and canal views from the upper living area, kitchen, and decks. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for preparing gourmet meals, including an Instant Pot and a waffle maker.

Enjoy your own private swimming pool or walk to the beach. Public beach access is close, just east of the home at 917 OBW. Céad Míle Fáilte can be rented with the sister property next door at 932 OBW. Great for family reunions or just a vacation with your closest friends. Call our office for details about renting both homes together. Early check-in/late check-out options are not available in this home.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
