"Holden Aces" is an oceanfront gem offering 4-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms and boasting a private pool and breathtaking coastal views. Step outside and find yourself just steps away from the warm white sands of the Atlantic Ocean, thanks to your private beach walk. Bring the four-legged family member for afternoon walks along the shore!

Inside, you'll discover a spacious open floor plan with ocean views from every angle. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the dining room and living room offer plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto the ocean-facing balcony to rock your cares away or dine al fresco with the soothing sounds of the waves in the background. The main floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms, while the second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a secondary living area with fun amenities like a foosball table and arcade game.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals
