NEW TO PROACTIVE VACATIONS! Welcome to "Livin' The Dream", your coastal getaway is waiting! This home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a highly sought after inverted floorplan. Located on the peaceful Dunes of Holden Beach you are nearby the island restaurants, splash pad, and community pickleball/basketball court. You will also find two nearby public beach accesses as well as a public fishing dock right around the corner. This home also offers a large private saltwater pool and hot tub!

You will find the common areas of the home on the 2nd floor. The fully stocked kitchen features top of the line appliances with ample counter space. Extras include nugget ice maker, Keurig and Ninja coffee makers, air fryers/crockpots/insta pot, and a variety of cooking/baking accessories. The living room offers a large flat screen Roku TV for watching the game or enjoying family movie night, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa (Please Note: linens are not provided for sleeper sofas). Claim your throne in a game of UNO(or other games from the fully stocked game/toy closet) around the dining room table or outside on the screened in porch. You will also find a spacious bedroom on the 2nd floor with a semi-private bathroom. On the 1st floor of the home you will find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the laundry area.

2025 Family Vacation

Our family had the best vacation. This beach house was top notch! The pool, hot tub, living area and built in ice machine was well used! We felt like royalty! Nice quiet neighborhood for our family! Thanks again for making our family vacation memorable!
