Working alongside our professional interior designer from Charlotte, every detail was intentionally selected to create a home that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The result is a boutique coastal retreat where beautiful design meets relaxed oceanfront living.

Our Signature Beach Experience

One of our guests' favorite amenities is our complimentary Concierge Beach Tent Service, included with weekly stays from April through August. Instead of hauling a tent and spending time setting up each morning, simply stroll down your private boardwalk where your professionally set-up beach tent is waiting for you. It's one more way we help you spend less time managing vacation logistics and more time relaxing with the people you love.

Luxury Accommodations

The spacious oceanfront primary suite is truly a retreat of its own, featuring a private sitting area that's perfect for morning coffee, reading, or remote work. Step onto your private balcony to watch the sunrise from custom Adirondack chairs, then unwind in the newly renovated spa-inspired ensuite with double vanities and a luxurious walk-in shower.

Three additional bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while a Jack-and-Jill suite offers the perfect setup for families. Kids will love having a retreat of their own with custom bunk beds, a Smart TV, gaming chairs, board games, and plenty of room for movie nights and sleepovers.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

Life at the beach is meant to be lived outdoors, and Keys offers countless places to soak it all in.

Spend your afternoons beside one of Holden Beach's largest oceanfront pools, soak in the oceanfront hot tub beneath the stars after a day on the beach, enjoy lunch at the custom oceanfront picnic table, or fire up the Weber grill for an evening cookout. We also provide 12 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, pool floats, and sand toys so you can pack lighter and enjoy more.

One of our favorite things about Keys is its location. You're within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, candy stores, the Holden Beach Pavilion, live music, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and family-friendly activities—making it easy to park the car and simply enjoy island life.
