Oceanfront 5BR beach house with pool in Holden Beach, perfect for 12 guests.

Beach Time is a bright and charming family-friendly home featuring a private pool and an open floor plan with a wall of windows that truly make you feel “on the beach.” Upstairs, a game table provides hours of fun, while the additional TV and sitting room downstairs offer plenty of space for everyone to relax. The home is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience, including a large outdoor shower.

Included with Weekly Rentals:
• Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation.
• Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals only.
• A Welcome Amenity Bag is included, featuring starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note: Although this is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking are allowed on this property.

Almost perfect stay!

We had two families including three teenagers. The property is very nice, and it was the perfect setup for teens. Kitchen is incredibly well-equipped for larger groups. Our only real complaint was the condition of the mattresses. They really need to be replaced throughout. With that improvement, it would be an absolute perfect stay.
