NEW TO PROACTIVE VACATIONS! Your coastal escape welcomes you at "Pelicans Flight" featuring 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and your very own private pool with the option of pool heat. Located on the West End of Holden Beach only steps from the shore. Decorated the updated nautical decor throughout with endless views.

Walking into "Pelicans Flight" you are met with large oceanfront windows allowing the coastal vibe to flow throughout the open-floor plan. The kitchen offers updated stainless steel appliances with ample counter space. Gather around the dining room to enjoy family meals. The comfortable living room offers a flat-screen TV creating the perfect space for game day. Two bathrooms and two and a half bathrooms are located on the 1st floor. Upstairs there is a secondary living area / loft perfect for the kids to lounge as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has been designed with your comfort in mind!

Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
