Turtle Cove - Canal Home with Floating Dock and Pool!

Turtle Cove welcomes you to the perfect canal-front getaway, offering a rare combination of water access, beach convenience, and comfortable coastal living. This well-maintained home truly has it all—easy beach access for sun-filled days, a floating dock for boaters, a private pool, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for the chef in your group. Multiple outdoor living spaces and beautiful water views create an inviting setting for relaxation and connection.

Designed for both entertaining and unwinding, Turtle Cove features five porches furnished with swings, rockers, and comfortable seating, along with two dining areas and plenty of room for family and friends to gather. The primary bedroom includes a cozy sitting area with a full-size sleeper sofa (sheets not provided for the sleeper) and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The downstairs sitting room/office has been converted into a fourth bedroom, offering added flexibility for families or groups, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV for extra comfort.

Enjoy peaceful views of the undeveloped tidal marsh from the front porch or relax with canal breezes on the screened downstairs porch. High-speed internet is provided to keep you connected throughout your stay.

Please note that the owner reserves the right to access the boat dock and lift, and the boat lift is not available for guest use.

Beach access is located between 883 & 885 OBW.

For weekly rentals, bed linens are provided for beds in the bedrooms only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Can't beat the location!

Let me start with the positives of this place! You can't find a better location. The walk to the beach is so doable! Especially with kids we were back and forth for breaks or food or whatever we needed and it wasn't a hassle at all! While you can't see much of the ocean from the house, the marsh views were absolutely exquisite! We hired a photographer and used both the beach and the marsh views! Havung your own pool was fantastic also.... not many houses have a private pool and are so close to the ocean! Being on the canal is such a cool feature too! We brought our crabbing boat and used it though out the weekend! We loved Holden Beach as a location also. It was our first time visiting and it was very clean, quiet and family oriented. However there were some drawbacks. First and foremost. They need a new cleaning company. When we arrived, the counters in the kitchen were still dirty, there was hair left in the sink in the laundry room and the drawer of bathroom. When we went to make the bed, we found a dead bug (not a bed bug) but if the cleaning people had pulled back the duvet, it would have been seen right away. There was also a water bottle left up in the bunk bed. I let the rental Company know all of our complaints and hopefully they address it with their cleaning company. My only other complaint is that the pictures are outdated. There is no longer a jetski launch attached to the dock. We brought our kayaks hoping to utilize that. There also is no gas grill or hammock on the bottom level like pictured. There is a charcoal grill available but that looks like it has seen better days. A positive though is that there is a TV in the living room now. If they can address the cleaning problems, this rental is a fantastic location and was plenty spacious for our family (me, my husband, my inlaws, and our 2 kids). And there was still more room if needed. We had a great week!

Great for families!

This house was in a great location! Just steps to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we loved that it was gated to keep them from getting in by themselves.

Turtle Cove

The house was fantastic! Excellent location right on the canal and across the street and down a couple houses from the public beach access. Would definitely stay again!
