Waterway "Drink Oar Swim" with Pool, Dock, 3 min. from beach 5 bd/5 bth/NO PETS!

Welcome to Drink Oar Swim, our Holden Beach getaway! This 5 king bed bedroom house with 5 ensuite bathrooms and two half baths awaits your family and/or friends sleeping ten people. We are located on the waterway with a dock (not to park a boat on) with a gazebo and a floating dock. (Boat and Jetskis are not for your use.) We have a very large pool for you to swim in and are 3 blocks from the ocean the other way. Our house has two family rooms, a table to play games on and a 10 person dining table. The top deck is right off the kitchen for you to sit and relax and watch the beautiful sunsets in the summer. The kitchen includes a double oven, ice maker in the island and a walk in pantry to store things. There is a grill there to cook your fresh catch on as you enjoy the peace and quiet we all crave. This property is PET FREE and SMOKE FREE so no fear if you have allergies! Our favorite thing about Holden Beach is that it is not commercialized like many of the beaches you go to. When you drive over the bridge, you feel a sense of calm and peace immediately. You can choose fishing off the dock if you have poles or rent a boat or jetski right across the waterway. You can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards or bikes right around the corner from our house at Beach Fun Rentals.

Included in your rental are sheets and towels for ten people. We will leave FOUR beach chairs for you to use and a whole garage open for you to put rental bikes in, etc. Beach towels for ten will be provided for your use. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig available for your use. Anything missing after check out will be deducted from your security deposit. Absolutely NO pets are allowed or SMOKING--this is a pet free and smoke free home. Thanks for checking us out and don't forget your fishing poles!!
