Room is very clean and very convenient with direct access to shopping mall. It will be very good if you could shorten the duration for repairing the lift. Only 3 lifts but one of them had closed for a week. Waiting time at the lift was considered too long for daily use.

Outstanding Hotel in Surabaya

Ciputra World is always the best place to stay in Surabaya. It's been my go to place for several years. Too bad the connected shopping mall is not doing too well.

Nice affordable hotel with secret access

It was a nice hotel with nuce bfast the only issue is the access and reception on the 8th floor. Getting to the hotel is like going to underground secret building a bit strange the rest is fine
