The hotel is in a brilliant location, right on Tunjungan Street and surrounded by shops and cafés. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The Sky Bar is also a nice spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time here.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Tunjungan street. Room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice with complete amenities. Breakfast has amazing lots of options and good flavours.

The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent.

Booked Junior suite, was ok, noisy fridge and not very sound proof. Could hear people above, then calling to prayer was so loud and people in hotel were praying and making noise. Going back again tomorrow and will discuss with staff to make sure I get better room for noise Prevetion
