What a disaster this turned out to be for a 2 night deluxe room stay. First night and day the room was great and recently updated. Only problem was the room is next to the balcony where people smoke. Happened to be there when a “smashed out of his head 95% of the time” young guest on the same floor would spend almost all day smoking weed on the balcony with the doors into the building floor wide open. I asked him multiple times to close the doors, I asked the staff to deal with it as our room was intoxicated with cannabis smoke. I eventually asked to be moved or my money back. The next room we were moved to for the second day and night was one floor below, This room was very much in need of a make over. Really a let down after seeing what we had to give up. The staff told me the guest had become a real problem, coming in and out multiple times very intoxicated and causing the whole floor to stink from smoking cannabis. But they continued to let his terrible performance ruin it for everyone else. This should have been sorted out, but it was left to ruin it for everyone else on the floor. It would be hard to return with this in mind.
