"Enjoyed the convenience of the private beach access and the pool. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Parking was a little tight so if you have a large vehicle be prepared. We will definitely return."

"Great stay overall! The room was clean, staff was friendly, and it was very pet-friendly which we appreciated. The kitchen was convenient and made traveling with kids easier. Only downside was there was no bathroom vent fan, so the bathroom got pretty humid after showers. Otherwise, we had a good experience and would stay again"

"Nicole was very helpful when fixing our keys when they wouldn’t work! Any time she would see us out and about she would ask if we needed anything! Very polite and courteous! Would stay here again! It was an awesome to have a place for our service animal to go and hang out! (as well as others who have pets) very pet accommodating! "

"If you're looking for a nice hideaway from all the noise, this is it. Beautiful view of the river from your balcony, clean room with all your kitchen amenities to boot, nice size bathroom and spacious sleeping quarters. All stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, makes this place a home away from home. The concierge, Ms Evans is very welcoming and knowledgeable, she really makes you feel welcomed. I will definitely try to visit again, I enjoyed my stay."

"Under construction which I did not know. However. They are making huge improvements. Just wish the pool would have heated. Over all I will be returning! Beach was amazing! Thanks !!"

"We were in an oceanfront room with a balcony, and the weather was beautiful and fairly mild. We were able to open the balcony doors and just listen to the waves. It was so pleasant and beautiful. I will definitely go back."

"The Oceaneer is a nicely remodeled motel on the beach. Location is its greatest asset. It has some nice stylish touches but misses the mark in other ways. Bedding is comfortable but the fridge in the room seemed to be more a wine fridge for bottles or cans than a traditional fridge. The Keurig coffee maker was possessed. It took 3-5 attempts to get it to brew properly. Instead use the coffee machine in the lobby. Much better taste and options. We had bathroom issues. The diverter in the tubbthat switches water flow to the shower head did not work properly so we had weak shower flow. And after spending considerable money on the motel refresh, the grout on the bathroom tile was moldy or mildewy. Ick. The pool was nice and the outside chairs were comfy. The outside shower placed conveniently by the walkway from the beach was a nice touch. We had a good time, but the resort just didn’t nail down all the issues to make the stay flawless. But you cant beat tje location. We would consider it again."
