"The room was very clean, the staff excellent,parking great, air-conditioning good! I brought to the front desk attention that there was a problem in the bathroom with condensation on the ceiling and mold around the vents, that really needed to be addressed. The vents in the bedroom were all rusted and probably …time maintenance to take care of the problem. I will stay again as I have stayed before and always have had good service there. I did bring this to the front desk attention, and she assured me that they would take care of the problem. Thank you, Debbie Bass"

"The good: Pool area is nice. Size/shape of room was nice. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath suite. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Ample dishes and kitchen items available. Priced nicely and shuttle is convenient. The bad: We had several roaches (10 ish) found in the room which scared us from keeping any food in the unit that wasn’t refrigerated. The dining chairs and table were dirty and needed to be wiped down. The bath fan in the master was dirty and didn’t work and was filled with water. The drain in the master wouldn’t drain, it was clogged with hair. Husband fixed that while there. We rented through Expedia and upon arrival we were forced to commit to a sales seminar x 90 mi ties for the resort and told Expedia committed us to it. I knew this wasn’t accurate and contacted Expedia. They did NOT have me agree to that. I did not go and waste my 90 minutes on Sat am. lol Good place for price. Overall happy."

"The house was great! We had two families with 6 little kids. Loved that most of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and the pier. We loved the pool and sitting out on the deck. Sherri was very receptive to all our questions and needs. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The condo was very clean. Furniture was comfy and clean. Surprised the bed wasn't in a separate room but it worked out for the two of us just fine. The view of the beach was amazing. pool was well kept and very nice. Quiet place to stay and convenient to Myrtle beach and Garden city. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. The host was very responsive and helpful."
