Shell Yeah!—you found it. This is THAT beach house. The one with the chill vibe, epic location and all the space your crew needs to relax, recharge and make even bigger memories. 5 bedrooms, sleeps 15+ (additional queen size air bed sleeps 2) + 4.5 bathrooms with 12x32 HEATED saltwater pool with a sun ledge and steps to the beach! Pool heating is available April-May & Sep-Nov for $150 per stay (must be requested prior to arrival to preheat pool for you & your guests). Beginning in 2027, heating will start in March.

Shell Yeah! isn’t just a getaway—it’s our family’s legacy. Our first visit to Surfside was with mom, and the joy of that trip inspired us to find our very own beach home. The pool’s sun ledge, built by a prior owner for his veteran friend, reminds us of the power of inclusion and togetherness. ~1 newly decorated bunk room with two full-over-full bunks + twin trundle (sleeps 5) & a NEW red rocking chair with navy comfy cushions-perfect for reading (children’s books included), snuggling or just vibing out between beach adventures = sleepover magic

~Rainy Day? Game on! Ms. PAC-Man arcade console featuring 12 classic video games-because the fun shouldn’t stop when the sun hides! There’s also board and card games for all ages (family and adult version of cards against humanity, cmon)! An outdoor ping pong and cornhole set under the covered driveway and pergola=good game! It’s the ultimate Shell Yeah! indoor fun after a sun-soaked day at the beach or lounging and tanning by the saltwater pool.

~Fully stocked kitchen + coffee station for morning hot or cold brew (Colombian coffee included). We also provide free snacks and a few bottles of water upon your arrival!

You'll have full, private access to the entire home—including the pool, porches, and a beach gear navy blue storage room (accessible to adults only for safety, key code will be provided three days prior to your stay).

Towels, chairs, beach/pool toys? Shell yeah! We've got it all covered. Just bring your swimwear, food, flip-flops and favorite playlist (2 Bluetooth speakers provided!)

Extra fridge in navy blue storage room - no need to trek upstairs mid-cannonball—our extra refrigerator is perfect for quick grab drinks, beach snacks or marinating steaks and burgers while you splash the day away by the pool! Again, please close pool umbrellas when not in use—especially at night or during windy or stormy weather. Open umbrellas can blow over causing damage to windows, the house or even our neighbor’s property. Shell Yeah! We appreciate your help in keeping things safe and sound.

Other things to note—

Looking from Shell yeah!, the 11th ave Public beach access on Ocean Boulevard is to your left and just a quick barefoot stroll. Shell Yeah! it’s that close (golf cart/bike parking only & limited based on space)

~Driveway parking makes loading and unloading a breeze - 5 car max
~Washer/dryer /laundry room for mid-week refreshes ( beach towels live in the overhead baskets)
~Surfside Beach = “The Family Beach” laid-back, welcoming and never too crowded—And the best part?

Before You Shell Out—

Before you ride off to the salty sunset, please help us keep Shell Yeah! sparkling for the next wave of guests:

Toss all used towels near the washer and dryer. Leave linens on beds.
Empty all contents from both fridges.
Load up the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
Return any beach/pool gear or games to their spot. Close beach umbrellas please.
Trash pickup is Saturday after September 7th. Recycling is Friday. Before you shell out, make sure all trash is in receptacles. Please cart out before 6am and return to its place before 11pm. Carts can be left on the curb the night before (Friday night trash - Thursday night recycling).
