  • Home has a complimentary Club Car golf cart, Must be 21 to operate golf cart.
    The home is located just 10 houses from the ocean, and 4 from the lake. Site 1028. in Ocean Lakes. Home is pet friendly for small dogs up to 30lbs.
    Two separate entries into the home

    The family room has a leather sofa with reclining ends, a love seat and one recliner, tv in the living area, ceiling fans throughout the house, free Wi-Fi, cable channels, and more
    The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counter tops, and backsplash. New Stainless-steel appliances, Refrigerator with ice maker, Toaster, Keurig coffee maker, filter coffee pot, crockpot, pots-pans, everything you need to cook
    The dining area offers a table for 6 as well as seating at the bar top
    The King Master is located on the main level with flat screen tv, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo
    Half bath by the master/family room
    4 Queen bedrooms with flat screen tv's located on the upper level of the home
    2 of the queen rooms have a jack and jill bath the other 2 have their own private baths
    The upper level has door leading to the upper deck with deck furniture

    The upper deck has plenty of seating areas, tables and chairs
